The whole idea behind a ‘Female role model’ is to encourage women to get inspired from successful women so that they could themselves strive hard to reach similar high positions. A ‘Role Model’ with strong Leadership abilities is unarguably, central to the survival and success of any institution and organization and the Leadership is one of those qualities that you know when you see it, but is difficult to describe.

My Eight postulate theory that has helped me dream, dream big & achieve goals :

1. Set Goals. They give direction to your life. A Goal is basically a Dream with a Deadline.
2. Develop Self-awareness. Without it you can't set your goals and you can't identify the barriers to you achieving those goals.

I faced many challenges during my professional journey (so, far) including stringent timelines, ambiguous requirements, demanding customer, cost optimization pressure, managing expectation of various stakeholders. However, I believe balanced attitude, analytical skills, clarity of thoughts, focused effort & ability to take people along have helped me in achieving success in profession.

“Sure God created man before woman, but then again you always make a rough draft before creating the final masterpiece”.

Women on a higher authority or with power to rule men were considered a taboo in the olden days. Today’s women have lot of opportunity to grow and show their talent compared to what it was a few decades ago.
