We have a qualified training team which regularly conducts technical as well as role-based training programs for our employees. Equal importance is given to developmental and leadership training programs, which ensure overall development of the employees. Our training programs are tailored to suit the individual’s learning styles. Our employees undertake approximately 40 hours of training in a year so that we can learn and grow.
