We have two approaches. The primary approach is to align with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to identify promising target assets. We invest together, to radically transform a business from a barely viable existence into a streamlined, high-growth market leader. The second option is that we buyout an underperforming asset, make it operationally sound and move it to liquidity ourselves.
